The International Basketball Federation, more commonly known as FIBA, contacted us because they wanted to promote the Women's Basketball World Cup in Tenerife.


They also wanted to increase followers on social media and create awareness on female basketball.



Our main goal was to create awareness of the event, to make some noise! We simplified the process, and we designed an influencer strategy.


We selected Spanish influencers who stood out in fashion, sports and lifestyle, and shared the FIBA's values, as well as DUG's: gender equality, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

We produced and released a video with branded content in FIBA's different channels. It was also published in the influencers' own channels.


We negotiated deals with them to create awareness, like different sorts of contests and stories in which their audiences were able to participate.



Thanks to the tools provided by social media, all the campaigns were tracked and analyzed, with great results.

There was a notable increase in the engagement with the target audience as well as with their new crowd. FIBA's followers increased significantly on different social media platforms and they improved their online presence. It was a great success!
